Getting Ready for Our Visit
Customer Responsibilities Before Painting Service or New Door Deal
To ensure a smooth and efficient painting process, customers are required to prepare the space as follows:
Exterior:
- Please remove any plants, pots, and garden furniture from around windows and doors.
Interior:
- Remove blinds and curtains from all windows.
- Clear any items located near doors or windows.
If your windows or doors are excessively dirty, we recommend having them pre-cleaned prior to our arrival. Otherwise, we may not be able to complete the painting on the scheduled day.
Generally, we take care of cleaning and preparing frames and doors for painting, but excessive dirt may hinder our ability to do so effectively.
We advise against painting interior or exterior walls prior to our visit! Our team has to protect surfaces from overspray and with freshly painted surfaces there is a high probably of painting pulling!
We take no responsibility for damage to items not removed prior to our painting process or damage to recently painted surfaces.
For our new door replacement service, customers must remove any electrical items attached to the door prior to our visit, including:
- Bells
- Alarms
- Other electrical components
We do not refit or reinstall these items after the door replacement.
Disclaimer for Minor Damage During Works
While we endeavour to carry out all activities with the utmost care and professionalism, please be aware that minor damages may occur as a result of the work being undertaken. This may include, but is not limited to:
• Scratches or marks on walls or floors
• Disturbance of landscaping or existing structures
• Temporary inconvenience caused by equipment or materials on-site
We will take reasonable steps to minimise any such occurrences. By proceeding with the work, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor damage and agree that we are not liable for such incidents, provided they do not arise from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms: All payment details are outlined in our quotes. A deposit is required for all projects, with larger projects necessitating staged payments. Full payment is required upon completion of the work.
2. Post-Completion Issues: If you notice any issues after our team has completed the work and left the site, please contact us within 3 days of completion. We will arrange a follow-up visit as soon as possible to address your concerns, and no call-out fee will apply. However, if you miss our follow-up visit, we will charge a call-out fee for another visit.
3. Final Payment: Final payment must be received in full before any follow-up work can be scheduled.
4. Call-Out Charge Policy: To ensure the efficient use of our services, we apply a call-out charge of £100 / €120 for any service-related issues. An additional fee of £40 / €45 per hour will be charged for appointments extending beyond 2 hours. Please note that the call-out charge must be paid in advance of your appointment.
